1. Controller

SHOPFILES LTD is the controller for personal data processed on motov.net. Contact: support@motov.net.

2. Data we process

• Order data: name, company, billing address, email, phone, VAT number — to conclude and perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Setup profile: the information you provide in the setup interview about your company, channels and systems — to provision and operate your AI worker (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Consent records: timestamps and technical metadata of your consents (Art. 7(1) GDPR — demonstrability).
• Server logs: IP address and technical request data for security (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Cookies

We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the site (session, language preference). No tracking or advertising cookies are set. See our full Cookie Policy for details.

4. Recipients

Billing data is processed in our billing system (WHMCS) and by the payment provider you choose at payment. VAT numbers are validated against the European Commission's VIES service. We do not sell personal data and do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

5. Storage periods

Contract and invoice data are retained for the statutory commercial and tax retention periods. Setup profiles are retained for the duration of the service and deleted or anonymised after termination, unless retention is legally required.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Arts. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with future effect.
